Return

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The Floater Studio will charge you a re-stocking fee of 5%.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • In case the resin table is severely damaged in shipping, please inform us within 24 hours. We will give you new resin table Product. But you have to return the damage table. If you inform us after 24 hours, then we will not give a new product in that condition, but we will repair the damaged product for which you will have to pay the charges.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
  • Please notify Floater Studio of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Floater Studio shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Floater Studio in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product
  • Once the product is received by Floater Studio the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions For Customers:

  • Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
